释义	法律分析：国徽是代表国家的徽章，为国家象征之一，也是民族的象征。不得随意制作、使用，更不得私自贩卖。国徽及其图案不得用于:（一）商标、广告；（二）日常生活的陈设布置；（三）私人庆吊活动；（四）国务院办公厅规定不得使用国徽及其图案的其他场合。不得悬挂破损、污损或者不合规格的国徽。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国徽法》第十八条在公共场合故意以焚烧、毁损、涂划、玷污、践踏等方式侮辱中华人民共和国国徽的，依法追究刑事责任；情节较轻的，由公安机关处以十五日以下拘留。
