释义	劳动功能障碍指的就是伤残，一般分为十级。依据人体组织器官结构破坏、功能障碍及其对医疗、护理的依赖程度，适当考虑由于残疾引起的社会交往和心理因素影响，综合判定致残程度等级。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第二十二条劳动能力鉴定是指劳动功能障碍程度和生活自理障碍程度的等级鉴定。劳动功能障碍分为十个伤残等级，最重的为一级，最轻的为十级。生活自理障碍分为三个等级：生活完全不能自理、生活大部分不能自理和生活部分不能自理。劳动能力鉴定标准由国务院社会保险行政部门会同国务院卫生行政部门等部门制定。
