部分地区生二胎可以拿到一万块钱奖励，除此之外还能享受生育津贴以及生育报销等福利。
除此之外，生二胎还有以下福利：
1、产妇津贴。产妇津贴是指国家法律和法规为职业妇女因分娩而离职时提供的生活费用。产假津贴的计算方法：产假津贴=雇主每月支付的工资÷30（天）×产假天数。
2、生育医疗费。确认分娩医疗身份后的医疗医疗费用，由市劳动和社会保障局和医院统一定额支付（1万元以上部分，按核定额支付）。异地分娩的医疗费用低于固定标准的，应当按实际比例报销；高于固定标准的，应当按照固定标准报销。
3、一次性生育营养补助。正常分娩，流产7个月以上；上年城市职工平均月工资×25％。分娩困难，多胎：上一年该市从业人员的平均月工资×50％。

第五十四条 用人单位已经缴纳生育保险费的，其职工享受生育保险待遇；职工未就业配偶按照国家规定享受生育医疗费用待遇。所需资金从生育保险基金中支付。生育保险待遇包括生育医疗费用和生育津贴。第五十五条生育医疗费用包括下列各项：(一)生育的医疗费用；(二)计划生育的医疗费用；(三)法律、法规规定的其他项目费用。
第五十六条 职工有下列情形之一的，可以按照国家规定享受生育津贴：(一)女职工生育享受产假；(二)享受计划生育手术休假；(三)法律、法规规定的其他情形。生育津贴按照职工所在用人单位上年度职工月平均工资计发。
