问题	隔断房出租合法嘛？
释义	不合法。承租人在租赁房屋时，须谨慎选择，以免租到不能出租的房屋，得不到法律保护。法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：(一)属于违法建筑的；(二)不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；(三)违反规章改变房屋使用性质的；(四)法律、法规规章禁止出租的其他情形。第八条出租住房的，应当以原设计的房间为最小出租单位，人均租住建筑面积不得低于当地人民政府规章的最低的标准。厨房、卫生间、阳台和地下储藏室不得出租供人员居住。
