非消防电梯迫降新规范
释义
法律分析：
所有的电梯都必须要有消防迫降功能。当大楼消防信号启动：所有电梯进入消防迫降状态以后，电梯在检修或急停时不可以进行消防迫降。如果电梯正在运行中，就近平层后不开门，然后电梯返回消防层；如果电梯处于待梯状态则直接返回消防层。电梯返回消防层途中显示楼层，在开门到位后关闭轿厢照明和风扇。

《火灾自动报警设计规范》 所有电梯必须迫降,消防电梯迫降后消防员可以在内部操作，而其它电梯迫降后就不可以使用
