塔吊使用前需要办理哪些手续 |

法律分析：办理使用登记手续：在安监站领表，办理相关资料，报送安监站，审批后领到“准用证”，塔机即可投入使用。
一般分4步：
1、办理备案手续（即上户）：需要产权单位营业执照复印件、产品合格证、购销合同、销售发票、监督检验报告等复印件。均盖产权单位公章。当地建委安监站办理；审批后领到“备案证”及“登记牌（金属牌）”。
2、办理安装告知手续：一般在办理备案时，就能领到一套表格，按照要求准备资料办理即可完告知手续才可安装塔机。
3、报检:塔机安装完毕后，到安监站办理相关手续，交检测费，请求检验。等待出具检验报告；
4、办理使用登记手续：带上检验报告，也是在安监站领表，办理相关资料，报送安监站，审批后领到“准用证”，塔机即可投入使用。

第三条 安全生产管理，坚持安全第一、预防为主的方针。
第四条 生产经营单位必须遵守本法和其他有关安全生产的法律、法规，加强安全生产管理，建立、健全安全生产责任制度，完善安全生产条件，确保安全生产。
第五条 生产经营单位的主要负责人对本单位的安全生产工作全面负责。
第六条 生产经营单位的从业人员有依法获得安全生产保障的权利，并应当依法履行安全生产方面的义务。
