释义	户口本没更新不可以再婚。如果当事人的婚姻状况在户口本上显示的是已婚，那么婚姻登记机关依法不会出具结婚证。离婚后，当事人需要携带离婚证或判决书，户口本，身份证，及时到户口所在地的派出所办理婚姻状况的变更。法律依据: 《婚姻登记条例》第八条申请婚姻登记的当事人，应当如实向婚姻登记管理机关提供本条例规定的有关证件和证明，不得隐瞒真实情况。婚姻登记管理机关办理婚姻登记，不得要求当事人出具本条例规定以外的其他证件和证明。
