租赁合同最长多些年？
释义
租赁合同的最长年限为二十年，超过的部分无效。如果当事人对租赁期限没有约定或约定不明确，当事人可达成补充协议来确定期限；达不成补充协议的，按合同的有关条款或交易的习惯来确定；如仍不能确定，视为不定期租赁，当事人可以随时解除合同，但出租人解除合同时应当在合理期限之前通知承租人。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。
租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
