释义	员工受工伤，公司是不能随便辞退员工的。根据《劳动合同法》第四十二条规章，在本单位患职业病或者因工负伤并被确认丧失或者部分丧失劳动能力的，公司不能主动辞退员工。除非，员工在订立劳动合同或者履行劳动合同过程中存在过错，这时公司可因员工存在损害公司利益的过错为由辞退员工。
