北京房屋维修基金怎么收费呢?
释义
维修资金的收取比例按照购房者从开发商处购买房屋、办理产权过户时按照总房价2%-3%或每平方米100-200元的标准缴纳至物业所在市房地产主管部门指定的商业银行。
法律依据:
《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》 第十七条 业主分户账面住宅专项维修资金余额不足首期交存额30%的，应当及时续交。成立业主大会的，续交方案由业主大会决定。未成立业主大会的，续交的具体管理办法由直辖市、市、县人民政府建设(房地产)主管部门会同同级财政部门制定。
