释义	法律分析：注册资本抽逃的处理如下：公司的发起人、股东抽逃注册资金的，应及时补足出资；未能及时补足的，应由司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额5%到15%的罚款；2、如果抽逃出资数额巨大、后果严重或情节严重的，构成抽逃出资罪，依法应处5年以下有期徒刑或拘役，并处或单处抽逃出资金额2%到10%的罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
