释义	法律分析：合约机的使用是使用人与运营商之间的一份使用协议，其本质上是运营商提供免费或低价机器，使用人承诺按照约定使用一定期限的合同，在合同期限内要按照合同内容交纳相应的费用。所以使用人如果不想继续使用合约机，可以更换其它机器，但只要不换号，在合同期限内继续按照合同内容交纳相应的费用就可以了。否则，就要按照合同的约定承担违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
