释义	根据《侵权责任法》第81条之规定：动物园的动物造成他人损害的，动物园应当承担侵权责任，但能够证明尽到管理职责的，不承担责任。如动物园的动物将在园内游玩的游客致伤，被侵害人可以要求动物园承担赔偿责任，除非动物园能够证明已尽到管理职责，才不承担责任。比如：动物园已设置明显警示牌告知游客，不要投喂动物，不要将手伸入。而游客视警告于不顾，在私自投喂动物的过程中被咬伤。那么，如果被侵害人要求动物园对自己的损害进行赔偿，动物园即可以以已尽到管理职责进行抗辩。
