释义	重婚的婚姻不需要离婚，因为这是属于无效婚姻。只能由人民法院宣告婚姻无效。同居期间所得的财产，由当事人协议处理；协议不成的，由人民法院根据照顾无过错方的原则判决。法律依据: 《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。《《中华人民共和国刑法》》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
