释义	民法典对重婚罪又离婚是否算重婚没有规定，而重婚行为构成重婚罪后离婚的，仍然构成重婚罪，司法机关发现重婚行为后，在追诉期内的，可以追究刑事责任。与配偶登记结婚，与他人又登记结婚而重婚，也即两个法律婚的重婚。有配偶的人又与他人登记结婚，有重婚者欺骗婚姻登记机关而领取结婚证的，也有重婚者和登记机关工作人员互相串通作弊领取结婚证的。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
