释义	法律分析：一楼门前的公共车位不算自己的，是属于大家的。如果是花钱买下的车位才能算是自己的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》除少数单位门前的土地在建筑规划中就确定该车位归该单位所有外，其他公共停车位均属于社会公共资源。任何单位或者个人都不得以设置障碍物等形式来占用道路公共停车位，也无权拒绝或禁止他人停放，并且明确规定的处罚办法。山东省也有明文规定，除公安机关交通管理部门外，其他任何单位和个人不得设置、撤除、占用、挪用停车泊位，设置停车障碍。
