释义	法律分析：工资条不可以公开。工资条是员工的个人收入，具有私密性，未经员工当事人允许，公司不得公开工资条，应当对员工当事人外的其他人的工资进行保密，公开即触犯了员工当事人的隐私，。工资保密其实是即保护公司利益也保护员工个人利益。当事人如发现工资条被公开，可以向劳动部门进行申诉。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第六条第三款企业必须书面记录支付劳动者，企业在支付工资时应向劳动者提供一份其个人的工资清单。
