释义	慢性病一般不影响收拘，应当执行收拘决定。法律依据：《拘捕所条例实施办法》第十九条收拘时或者收拘后，拘捕所发现被拘捕人有下列情形之一的，应当出具建议停止执行拘捕通知书，建议拘捕决定机关作出停止执行拘捕的决定：（一）患有精神病或者患有传染病需要治疗的；（二）病情严重可能危及生命安全的；（三）生活不能自理的；（四）因病出所治疗，短期内无法治愈的。拘捕决定机关应当立即作出是否停止执行拘捕的决定并通知拘捕所。
