法律分析:试用期因伤被辞退是有补偿的。劳动者试用期内发生工伤的,在医疗期内不能辞退,医疗期结束后,单位辞退的应当给予赔偿。经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限,每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。
法律依据:《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第二十三条 用人单位依法终止工伤职工的劳动合同的,除依照劳动合同法第四十七条的规定支付经济补偿外,还应当依照国家有关工伤保险的规定支付一次性工伤医疗补助金和伤残就业补助金。
