释义	法律分析: 如果矛盾是自杀一方激起的，由于自身原因失控而导致自杀，对于另一方来说不需要承担任何责任。如果一方明知对方的精神状况，还频繁使用刺激性语言激化矛盾，导致另一方情绪失控最终自杀，那则应当承担相应的责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
