租房续租后不足一年退房 -租赁合同
释义
法律分析:
合同签订的是一年时间,还没有到期租客要退房的,可以先和房东协商解除租房合同,如果房东不同意也可以起诉要求解除合同,不过作为违约方需要支付违约金。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的,应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
