释义	法律分析：危货车空车是不需要押运员的,但是有危险品运输,必须配备押运人员。法律依据：《危险化学品安全管理条例》第四十八条通过道路运输危险化学品的，应当配备押运人员，并保证所运输的危险化学品处于押运人员的监控之下。运输危险化学品途中因住宿或者发生影响正常运输的情况，需要较长时间停车的，驾驶人员、押运人员应当采取相应的安全防范措施；运输剧毒化学品或者易制爆危险化学品的，还应当向当地公安机关报告。
