不可撤销合同有哪些

不可撤销合同有两类，一是合同中有不可撤销的表示，二是受要约人有理由认为要约不可撤销并依其信赖行事。
第一种类型，合同中不可撤销的表示不可撤销的意思表示可以用不同的方式作出，最直接和最清楚的方式是由要约人在要约中作一个有效的声明。
第二种类型，适用诚实信用和公平交易的原则，受要约人的信赖可源于要约人的行为，受要约人的信赖也可源于要约本身的性质，并且依信赖进行了合同的准备工作。
