释义	法律分析：承诺的失效，是指承诺的法律效力归于消灭。遇到下列情况之一的，就失去效力。(1)承诺被撤回；(2)迟到的承诺；(3)承诺对要约的内容作出变更，遭到要约人反对的，该承诺失去效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十六条受要约人超过承诺期限发出承诺，或者在承诺期限内发出承诺，按照通常情形不能及时到达要约人的，为新要约；但是，要约人及时通知受要约人该承诺有效的除外。
