释义	法律分析：公司注册的资金不可以退，但是公司注销时在清偿完所有债务(包括员工工资，物业费用等)后可以返回在帐的剩余资金。公司注册资金的退还要经法定程序，如果私自撤走原依法投入公司的注册资本的，属于抽逃注册资本的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。第三十五条公司成立后，股东不得抽逃出资。
