问题	当事人重婚的，两人都要坐牢吗
释义	一方有配偶而重婚的，会构成重婚罪，要坐牢。另一方如果知道对方重婚还与之结婚或者长期以夫妻名义同居的，也构成重婚罪，需要坐牢。重婚罪的刑罚为处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条【故意犯罪】明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条【重婚罪】有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
