新生儿买了医保没有卡可以报销吗 |

法律分析：能报销 报销流程：1、住院时使用新生儿的名字，尽量避免使用“某某之子”或“某某之女”的名字;告知医生已参加居民医保，尽量使用医保报销目录内药物和治疗方式，少使用自费药品；2、新生儿参保后，使用医保结算系统较为方便，倘若没有参保，报销程序就相对复杂，因此应尽量避免现金报销，以减轻个人报送材料、占用资金的负担。确需现金报销的，需将新生儿的住院发票、费用明细单、住院病历复印件、监护人身份证复印件、新生儿出生证明复印件、新生儿户口簿(户主页、索引页、新生儿个人页)复印件交所在区医保办；3、参保后新生儿需住院的，须在住院时持“住院证”到参保的人力资源社会保障服务中心开具无卡证明，并交至医院医保办，住院时凭无卡证明办理住院手续。出院结算时，使用医保结算系统结算，只支付个人自负部分；4、详情还是咨询当地的社保部门，一般来讲如果社保金已经缴纳只是社保卡没有发下来，住院费是应该报销的。

第二条 国家建立基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险等社会保险制度,保障公民在年老、疾病、工伤、失业、生育等情况下依法从国家和社会获得物质帮助的权利。
第二十六条 职工基本医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险的待遇标准按照国家规定执行。
第二十八条 符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
