监察院和检察院差别？

在法律上来讲,检察院是国家的法律监督机关，同时也是国家的公诉机关，负责刑事案情的审查起诉与提起公诉，有时还有部分案情的侦查，比如贪污受贿犯罪。
而监察机关是国家的行政监督机关，专门监督行政官员与行政机关的,比如违纪处分。
