释义	法律分析：银行承兑汇票是指由在承兑银行开立存款账户的存款人签发，向开户银行申请并经银行审查同意承兑的，保证在指定日期无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或持票人的票据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第七十二条被追索人依照前二条规定清偿债务后，其责任解除。第七十三条本票是出票人签发的，承诺自己在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。本法所称本票，是指银行本票。
