释义	失业保险一般不可以一次性领取。但是如果失业人员在领取失业保险金期间从事个体经营、兴办企业，凭其营业执照，社会保险经办机构可以将其应领取的失业金一次性发给本人。即以上情况可以一次性领取。法律依据：《失业保险条例》第十八条失业保险金的标准，按照低于当地最低工资标准、高于城市居民最低生活保障标准的水平，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府确定。
