释义	根据现行相关法律规定，复婚协议书没有恢复婚姻关系的法律效力，只能在签订协议的二人之间产生合同效力。复婚必须经过法定的程序，到婚姻登记机关办理登记手续，将原离婚证或法院判决书(或调解书)缴回撤销，发给结婚登记证，恢复其合法的夫妻关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
