闯红灯到一半停下了扣分吗

法律分析：会扣分。电子警察对闯红灯的判定，是需要抓拍三张违法照片的。第一张是汽车的前部越过停止线，第二张是汽车完全越过停止线的，第三张是驶过路口的照片，这三张照片才构成了电子警察对闯红灯违法行为的判定。但是即使不构成闯红灯，在十字路口停车也是违章行为，要被扣分。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》 第二十六条 交通信号灯由红灯、绿灯、黄灯组成。红灯表示禁止通行，绿灯表示准许通行，黄灯表示警示。
