释义	受案回执是案件受理的凭证。也就是说报案的机关接受了报案人的报案，给报案人的一个回单。作用在于说明你报过警，并不是立案的凭据。只有在公安机关调查后，确定有犯罪事实存在，需要追究嫌疑人的刑事责任且属于该公安机关管辖的，公安机关才会办理立案手续。法律依据：根据《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百六十八条规定，公安机关接受案件时，应当制作受案登记表，并出具回执。受案回执是行政刑事通用的，一般一式两份，一份附卷，一份交报案人、控告人、举报人、扭送人。
