释义	法律分析: 合同的相对性是指合同的效力及于合同的当事人，只对缔约方具有法律约束力，对当事人以外的第三人不产生法律约束力。享有权利和需要履行义务的一般都只是合同的当事人。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五百二十三条【由第三人履行的合同】当事人约定由第三人向债权人履行债务，第三人不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定的，债务人应当向债权人承担违约责任。
