1、普通消防车：普通消防车多用于多层公建（H≤24m）及多层住宅（H≤27m）的消防救援，其消防车道转弯半径为6.0m。
2、消防登高车：消防登高车适用于高层公建（24m＜H≤100m）及高层住宅（27m＜H≤100m）的消防救援任务，其消防车道转弯半径为9.0m。
3、大型消防车：大型消防车适用于建筑高度超过100m的超高层建筑的消防救援任务，其消防车道转弯半径为18.0m。
消防车道是指火灾时供消防车通行的道路。根据规定消防车道的净宽和净空高度均不应小于4.0米，消防车道上不允许停放车辆，防止发生火灾时堵塞。

第四十三条
县级以上地方人民政府应当组织有关部门针对本行政区域内的火灾特点制定应急预案，建立应急反应和处置机制，为火灾扑救和应急救援工作提供人员、装备等保障。第四十七条
消防车、消防艇前往执行火灾扑救或者应急救援任务，在确保安全的前提下，不受行驶速度、行驶路线、行驶方向和指挥信号的限制，其他车辆、船舶以及行人应当让行，不得穿插超越；收费公路、桥梁免收车辆通行费。交通管理指挥人员应当保证消防车、消防艇迅速通行。
赶赴火灾现场或者应急救援现场的消防人员和调集的消防装备、物资，需要铁路、水路或者航空运输的，有关单位应当优先运输。
