释义	法律分析：买方可以要求卖方维修。买方购买房屋时，都希望买到符合建筑安全标准的房屋，如果卖方违背诚实信用原则，未尽隐蔽瑕疵的告知义务，就会使买方做出违背真实意愿的意思表示，合同本身即有瑕疵，故卖方应但承担违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。第五百七十八条当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
