释义	犯战时造谣惑众罪严重。战时造谣惑众，动摇军心的，处三年以下有期徒刑;情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑;情节特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑。战时造谣惑众罪，是指军职人员在战争的情况下或者在部队接受作战任务进行战斗动员后，由于贪生怕死或者其他个人目的，故意制造谣言，在部队中散布怯战、厌战思想或恐怖情绪，动摇军心。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百三十三条
