释义	法律分析: 公民的经常居住地是指公民离开住所地至起诉时已连续居住一年以上的地方。但公民住院就医的地方除外。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用若干问题的解释》第四条公民的经常居住地是指公民离开住所地至起诉时已连续居住一年以上的地方，但公民住院就医的地方除外。第五条对没有办事机构的个人合伙、合伙型联营体提起的诉讼，由被告注册登记地人民法院管辖。没有注册登记，几个被告又不在同一辖区的，被告住所地的人民法院都有管辖权。
