释义	带指纹的合同复印件如果与原件核对一致，则具有法律效力，但是其法律效力低于合同原件；如果合同的复印件上有双方的签字或者手印，并且注明经双方协商，该复印件经双方签字后，与原件享受等同效力的，则复印件与原件具有同等的效力。法律依据《民事诉讼法》第七十条，书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。
