释义	法律分析: 打车如果走高速产生过路费的，则应当由乘车人承担，但是具体可以由双方协商确定，巡游出租汽车驾驶员应当按规定使用计程计价设备，执行收费标准并主动出具有效车费票据。《收费公路管理条例》第十二条收费公路收费站的设置，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府按照下列规定审查批准：（一）高速公路以及其他封闭式的收费公路，除两端出入口外，不得在主线上设置收费站。但是，省、自治区、直辖市之间确需设置收费站的除外。（二）非封闭式的收费公路的同一主线上，相邻收费站的间距不得少于50公里。
