这要看你安装多高的了,如果是正常一层楼那就不算,如果建筑高度高于2米就算是高空作业了,这个在建筑标准里有明文规定的,不一定要到高层才是高空作业。 现在都高层了吧,应该算是高空作业了。

《高处作业分级》 凡在坠落高度基准面2m以上(含2m)有可能坠落的高处进行作业,都称为高处作业。
