释义	一般来说,高速或国道上超速10%以下是处以警告,不扣分和罚款的,不需要去接受处置的;超过10%～20%,那就要扣3分,罚款200元;超速20%～50%,要被扣6分,罚款200元。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第八十二条机动车在高速公路上行驶，不得有下列行为：1. 倒车、逆行、穿越中央分隔带掉头或者在车道内停车；2. 在匝道、加速车道或者减速车道上超车；3. 骑、轧车行道分界线或者在路肩上行驶；4. 非紧急情况时在应急车道行驶或者停车；5. 试车或者学习驾驶机动车。
