法律分析：1.货币补偿。(1)被征收房屋价值的补偿。对私有住宅产权人按被征收房屋的类似房地产的市场评估价格实行货币补偿。产权人可选择房屋征收部门确定的住宅货币补偿评估基准价进行补偿，也可以选择由依法选定的房地产价格评估机构对其被征收房屋价值进行评估并补偿。(2)因征收房屋造成的搬迁和临时安置的补偿。①搬迁补偿：按主房屋面积5元/平方米的标准给予被征收人搬迁补偿，搬迁补偿费不足1500元/户的补足至1500元/户临时安置补偿：临时安置补助费按被征收住宅房屋合法建筑面积8元/平方米·月的标准给予被征收人一次性三个月补偿，不足800元/户·月的补足至800元/户·月。
法律依据：《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》 第十七条 作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府对被征收人给予的补偿包括：(一)被征收房屋价值的补偿；(二)因征收房屋造成的搬迁、临时安置的补偿；(三)因征收房屋造成的停产停业损失的补偿。市、县级人民政府应当制定补助和奖励办法，对被征收人给予补助和奖励。
