释义	只要遗嘱满足以下条件，则该遗嘱有效：1、遗嘱人是完全民事行为能力人；2、遗嘱人所立的遗嘱是其真实意思表示；3、遗嘱人对遗嘱所处分的财产必须是有处分权的；4、遗嘱内容不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗；5、满足该类型遗嘱所需的法定形式要件。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
