释义	公租房不是遗产，不能继承，符合条件的可以要求续租。父母去世后，公租房不能作为遗产继承，但与父母共同居住的人可以在租赁期内继续承租。法律依据《中华人民共和国合同法》第二百三十四条，承租人在房屋租赁期间死亡的，与其生前共同居住的人可以按照原租赁合同租赁该房屋。公租房继承条件，住所用房承租人在租借期限内逝世的，和其一起居住两年以上的家庭成员能够持续承租。也能够由亲属——爱人、后代持续承租。而公租房5年后是能够采购的，可是出售的公租房5年内不得上市买卖，5年后需求上市买卖的由政府优先回购。
