释义	根据民法典的规定，双方签订合同时如果一方在基于重大误解的情况下签订的合同是可以撤销的，另一种是以欺诈手段签订的合同也是可以撤销的。还有就是受第三人欺诈、胁迫等手段签下的合同都是可以撤销的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
