释义	律师解答：没有停交时限，一个月没有缴纳，账户会被封存。公积金与社保一样，都是职工重要的权益保障，即使停交，也没有“账户清零”、“账户失效”等说法。账户里的钱还是职工本人的，里面的余额不会因为辞职而消失。因换工作导致公积金“断档”的，待找到新工作后从单位建立劳动关系时开始缴公积金，先到原单位要求办理账户转移，把原先缴存的公积金余额全部集中到新缴存账户上。【法律依据】：《住房公积金管理条例》第三条职工个人缴存的住房公积金和职工所在单位为职工缴存的住房公积金，属于职工个人所有。
