离婚必须到登记结婚地办理吗？
释义
法律分析：离婚不是必须到领结婚证的地方办理。
1.如果双方同意协议离婚，并并不是非要到颁发结婚证的民政局办理离婚手续，可以到到任何一方的户籍所在地办理。
2.如果双方不同意协议离婚，则需要到被告住所地（住所地是指户籍所在地，但是经常居住地与住所地不一样的，以经常居住地为住所地，经常居住地是指居住满1年以上的地方）的基层法院诉讼离婚。
法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十八条 婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。
