释义	可以异地购买。用人单位注册地与生产经营地不在同一地区的，单位在哪个地方参加了工伤保险的，就在哪个地方申报工伤认定。单位原则上在注册地参加工伤保险;未在注册地参加工伤保险的，可以在生产经营地参加工伤保险;单位在注册地和生产经营地均未参加工伤保险的，职工发生伤残后，可在生产经营地进行工伤认定、劳动能力鉴定，并按照生产经营地的规定依法由用人单位支付工伤保险待遇。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第二条、第三条
