释义	法律分析：一切非机动车；轻便摩托车；电瓶车；轮式专用机械车；拖带全挂车；拖拉机和悬挂试车；教练车号牌的车辆；设计时速低于60公里的其他机动车辆。法律依据：《高速公路交通管理办法》第四条行人、非机动车、拖拉机、农用运输车、电瓶车、轮式专用机械车、全挂牵引车，以及设计最高时速低于七十公里的机动车辆，不得进入高速公路。高速公路养护等作业人员和专用的机动车不适用前款规定。实习驾驶员不准驾驶车辆进入高速公路。
